Qualifications
Required minimum 15 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all finishing works (plaster, flooring, tiling, painting, ceiling, doors/windows, façade...etc)
- Execute works as per drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Ensure quality, workmanship, and timely completion
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and contractors
- Monitor materials, quantities, and site progress
- Maintain reports, measurements, and snag lists
- Ensure safety and compliance at site
Skills:
- Knowledge of finishing materials & methods
- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Strong coordination and quality control skills
