Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform for ITSM and CSM modules. Configure and implement Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and UI Actions . Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics . Build and manage integrations using Integration Hub , including JIRA integration . Design and implement Flow Designer and Workflow solutions for process automation. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions in an Agile environment .
