About the Role

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role is a mix between technical responsible and project management for a hybrid vehicle calibration team
Pilot the calibration development towards the industrialization or serial-life phases
Summarize the status from Software Development, Calibration team and Validation
YOUR PROFILE:
Good level of English. French is a plus
Engineering degree or similar. Master degree is a plus
More than 5 years of automotive industry related topics (calibration, validation, software development) experience desirable
Knowledge in powertrain and engine development - hybrid preferred
Knowledge of high voltage parts such as: BMS (Battery) , Inverter (Electric Motor) is a plus
Project Management experience (Timing, quality, deliverables, reporting) preferred
Team management experience
