Lead Engineer Electrification

As an Electrical Testing Engineer at reliability laboratory, KONE R&D, you will be responsible for designing, conducting, and analysing electrical tests on various components and systems. You will work closely with the R& team to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Collaborate with R&D to establish reliability requirements and verification solutions. Create test plans, carry out tests according to the plan, analyse test data, document results in formal reports; identify issues and propose solutions based on testing outcomes. Ensure safety in all work-related activities. Manage and develop testing tools and equipment, e.g. calibration, maintenance, repair, and upgrades. Maintain facilities and ensure compliance with 5S and safety requirements in laboratory areas.
