About the Role
Lead Engineer
Working Hours: Monday to Friday Days (07:00 - 16:30)
with a flexibilty of emergency availability for out of hours breakdowns, which will be paid a emergency fee/bonus

About The Role
Reporting to Operations Director
Preventative planned maintenance planning.
Carry out Root Cause Analysis
Providing support and guidance to the maintenance team
Progressive pathways available for driven candidatesAbout The Candidate:
Minimum 2 years experience in a senior engineering position, in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
Level 3 NVQ / HNC in engineering OR Time Served Engineer
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
