About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION Lead cross-functional teams in the end-to-end development of battery packs/modules, from concept and requirements definition through design, validation, and production launch. Develop, evaluate, and implement cell selection, mechanical and electrical architectures, thermal management, BMS integration, and safety strategies. Carry out root cause analysis and continuous improvement using industry-standard tools (DFMEA, PFMEA, etc.).
