🌟 About the Role

This is a permanent part‑time opportunity across Monday to Friday 37.5 hours. As our new Lead Educator, you’ll take the lead in developing meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community. You will guide and support children’s learning while also growing your own skills and confidence within the early childhood sector.

In our Kinder space, you’ll design and deliver intentional, play‑based learning experiences, lead a collaborative team, and create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired. You’ll be supported by an experienced Centre Leadership Team as you continue to grow as an educator and leader within the Journey family.
