Milestones Early Learning Deeragun are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our small, family-orientated Centre.
In this role you:
- Lead and inspire a room, with flexibility to work across the centre and spend time with all age groups.
- Bring with you a strong knowledge and confidence in programming, planning, and delivering engaging educational experiences.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team to provide a nurturing environment for every child.
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Lead Educator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of early childhood frameworks and regulations.
- A positive team player with a passion for fostering children's learning and development.
