About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on DevOps leader who can design, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure primarily on
Hetzner Cloud
while leading a DevOps team and implementing best industry practices.

This is a senior-level role requiring strong technical depth, leadership capabilities, and production-level infrastructure management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the DevOps team, ensuring high performance and best engineering practices
• Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure on
  Hetzner Cloud
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Manage containerized environments using
  Docker & Kubernetes
• Ensure system reliability, security, monitoring, and performance optimization
• Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Ansible preferred)
