Lead DevOps Engineer

Location: Hybrid onsite – Calgary, Canada (3–4 days onsite expected). Only local profiles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Firmwide developer tools and systems (MSDE), shaping the software development life cycle for over 12,000 developers.
• Work with a global team of experts to modernize the Firm’s SDLO platform, enabling deployment automation to private and public cloud endpoints and SaaS-based tooling.
• Contribute to building next-generation development and deployment tooling across a diverse set of tech stacks for the upcoming decade.

Skills Required

• Hands‑on development experience in Python; additional experience with Java, C#, or Typescript is a plus.
• Highly technical and passionate about SDLC tooling and processes.
• Experience with multiple SCM, code review, issue tracking, build, testing, code quality, and CI systems, as well as IDEs.
