Lead Developer – Amazon Connect Experience: 8+ Years Location: Hybrid / Remote – UAE Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a Lead Developer (Amazon Connect) who is hands-on and experienced in designing, developing, and delivering contact center solutions leveraging Amazon Connect and AWS services.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building scalable call center systems , leading technical design, and ensuring seamless integrations across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design and development of Amazon Connect-based contact center solutions .
Develop customized IVR call flows , Lambda functions, and integrations with third-party or enterprise systems.
