In this full-time position, you will work within a collaborative team focused on optimizing Injection Molding tooling. You will engage in business case evaluations, lead design reviews, and ensure thorough compliance with industry regulations. Your role also includes mentoring engineers and developing innovative system-level designs using CAD.
Key Responsibilities:
• Innovate and develop Injection Molding tooling
• Lead and mentor design engineering teams
• Verify and guide engineering documentation
• Manage design reviews and risk assessments
• Champion regulatory compliance across projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant design experience
• Extensive knowledge of CAD modeling
• Expert in engineering principles and tooling
