Lead Database Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role combines strong SRE practices with deep Oracle EBS expertise to lead a team of 5-6 engineers and drive reliability, performance, and scalability for mission-critical ERP systems. This person will lead a team of engineers while staying actively involved in technical work, ensuring system stability, performance, and continuous improvement. This is a player-coach role, combining team leadership with hands-on technical responsibility.
