About the role :
A Data Scientist at Sahaj should help solve client problems. They should be conversant with end-to-end data science model life cycle, metrics, and deployment challenges. The activities for a Data Scientist involves conceptualizing, formulating, coding and deploying the solutions to the problem. They should be conversant with interacting with the clients and be able to make sense of ambiguous problem statements.
Our client problems can range in a variety of domains. Some examples, but not limited to, are building a RAG leveraging open source or commercial LLMs, building a Multi-agent system, leveraging Small Language models that could be locally resident, problems in computer vision, speech, Natural Language Processing (NLP), multilingual models, applied statistics, data mining or conventional machine learning models.
We look to our data scientists to be conversant with at least 2 or more of the above areas, and be conversant with deep learning and conventional...
