We’re recruiting a Lead Data Platform Engineer to play a key role in shaping, delivering and evolving our enterprise‑scale data platforms. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll set technical direction, mentor engineers, and work closely with architects and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable data solutions.

Required Experience

• Extensive experience across the full SDLC
• Strong background in data streaming technologies and data pipelines
• Infrastructure as Code experience, ideally Terraform
• Deep experience with containerised environments
• Proficiency in one or more of Java, Python, C# or Go
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, ArgoCD)
