Job Description:
The Data Engineering Lead will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise data integration frameworks and infrastructure. This role requires hands-on expertise in ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data warehousing, with a focus on scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions. The individual will also mentor team members and define best practices for data management and integration. Essential Functions: Lead the team to design, configure, implement, monitor, and manage all aspects of the Data Integration Framework, defining best practices to ensure optimal performance and reliability (20%).
