About the Role
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Responsible for coordinating all high-quality tool manufacturers (RIDGID, Greenlee, Klauke, HDE)
+ Supervise sales operations of partner channels to drive revenue.
+ Showcase critical thinking to build robust plans for improving brand expansion.
+ Conduct product demonstrations and business presentation to end users to help promote Professional Tool brands (this includes virtual demos and trainings)
+ Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners in assigned territory
+ Collaborate with current channel partners to develop and implement business strategies in order to achieve sales targets. Develop positive working relationships with them to build business
+ Evaluate channel partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
+ Collaborate with channel partners on preparing monthly sales forecast and updates to help our supply chain.
