About the Role

 Davidson are partnering with our valued client within the utilities sector who are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to support a new program for an initial 12-month contract. Melbourne CBD location with flexible 3 days in office attendance.
   The Role
   
 As a Lead Business Analyst you will lead and be responsible for end-to-end projects across different delivery streams. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business processes, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross functional teams.
 Key responsibilities:
 Leading the initiation and planning phases of multiple greenfield projects simultaneously.
 Conducting detailed business analysis to understand, document and translate business requirments into functional specifications.
 Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and technical teams.
