Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to serve as the functional owner of the internal Human Capital Management (HCM) SaaS platform. This role is responsible for leading business process analysis, implementing and configuring HCM workflows, providing advanced user support, and ensuring the platform remains compliant, auditable, and aligned with HR, payroll, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate brings deep understanding of HR processes, hands-on SaaS implementation experience, and the ability to support audits and governance activities while mentoring team members and partnering with HR, IT, security, and compliance stakeholders.
