About the Role
A leading café in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Head Barista with at least 6 months in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong coffee knowledge, great communication skills, and the ability to lead a team. Responsibilities include supervising staff, preparing high-quality coffee, training new baristas, and managing inventory. Preference will be given to applicants of European or South American descent.
