Lead Automation Tester (Java)

We are searching for a seasoned and accomplished **Lead Automation Tester**with a solid background in **Java**to join our Data Quality team.
In this role, you will take ownership of ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions through advanced and scalable test automation practices. Collaborating with a global team, you will lead key initiatives and projects that demand exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and attention to detail.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and advanced test automation frameworks using Java
- Oversee the implementation and execution of automated test scripts for UI and API testing to achieve comprehensive coverage
- Guide the team through advanced manual and exploratory testing where automation efforts are not yet viable
