Job Description:
AXON Control Engineering (subsidiary of Giza global Solutions) is hiring a highly experienced Lead Automation Engineer to provide real-time remote support and offline automation development for our clients.
This role combines online troubleshooting, PLC/HMI/SCADA development, Electrical design, system upgrades, and deployment support for SPM, OEM, and process machines
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Preferred)
Shift: Approx. 12:00 PM – 9:00/10:00 PM IST, 9 hours
Experience: 10–15 Years (Minimum 10+ years mandatory)
Mode : Hybrid
Responsibilities
Provide real-time remote troubleshooting for machines operating at customer sites.
Diagnose PLC, HMI, drive, servo, and communication-related issues.
Analyse machine breakdowns and resolve faults during live sessions.
Guide onsite technicians step-by-step during fault resolution.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent corrective actions.
