About the Role

Lead Architect
We are looking for a Lead Architect Solutions ensures the architectural integrity and conceptual alignment of Planon solution implementations, safeguarding consistency with the Planon Application Framework (PAF) and driving continuous improvement across solution teams. 
You successfully fulfil your role by:
Standards‑Driven & Pragmatic – Applies architectural principles while making practical trade‑offs that support business goals, constructively challenging assumptions to drive innovation within architectural boundaries.
Ownership & Accountability – Owns architectural decisions, communicates risks and trade‑offs transparently and early, escalates when needed, and consistently follows through.
Impactful Mentor - Leads by example, clearly explains complex ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences, mentoring others in architectural thinking.
