Your impact The role involves leading Data center master planning and architectural design, delivering compliant schematic and working drawings, 2D/3D models, and detailed BOQs aligned with Uptime Institute Tier standards. It requires strong knowledge of NBC, local byelaws, LEED/sustainability criteria, and global data center design practices to review and validate partner deliverables. Responsibilities include interdisciplinary coordination with MEP, IT, security, and fire‑life‑safety teams, preparing design basis reports, room books, tenders, cost estimates, and resolving TQs/RFIs.
