Reports to: Sandra CardenasDepartment: Risk & Quant SolutionsLocation: ChileKey ResponsibilitiesProvide application support for end users of banking applications: guide them through their issues using the platform, managing access, troubleshooting issues to detect root cause, coordinating with technical teams to obtain short and long term solutions File bugs / improvements for different apps and test them as they get implemented (JIRA platform) Create / maintain scripts for automated processes Provide support on US business hours but having a flexible schedule for events happening off business hours or weekends / holidays (tests or deployments) Create and maintain documentation (workflows, procedures, user guides, runbooks) updated on different platforms (Confluence, Service now, shared drives) Promote increased efficiency, productivity and robustness on processes Core CompetenciesSQL for data analysis Scripting (Python, Pow...
