- Define and drive the product roadmap & strategy for AI hiring products
- Work closely with customers to identify real problems and build scalable solutions
- Translate business needs into clear PRDs & execution plans
- Drive monetization & pricing strategy for sustainable growth
- Lead outcome-driven development: sprint planning, backlog prioritization & releases
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing & Customer Success to drive adoption
