About the Role

Job Description
As a Lead Agent – Ocean Export, you will support the Supervisor and Manager in running daily operations, ensuring the smooth and timely movement of freight while delivering excellent customer service.
You will also play a key role in guiding the team, driving efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Operations
Ensure smooth and timely processing of ocean export shipments
Prepare and verify export documentation
Manage accurate data entry, billing, and job costing
Coordinate shipments with customers and meet service expectations
Monitor shipments to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow customer SOPs and company procedures
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Team & Performance
Support workload distribution within the team
Monitor workboards and ensure KPIs are met
Guide and mentor team members
