The Role
 
 As the L&D Specialist, you will design, deliver and manage practical learning programs and capability solutions that build leadership[ and workforce capability and embedded into everyday work for a diverse consulting workforce.
 
 Your Profile
Design, deliver and manage leadership, manager and team capability programs
Lead the end-to-end delivery of key capability programs
Partner with Business Partners and leaders to understand capability needs and design targeted learning solutions
Support learning and engagement activities for priority business initiatives
Facilitate engaging workshops, learning sessions and leadership forums
