About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Ocean Freight LCL Manager to drive our Less-than-Container Load (LCL) product development and execution in Thailand. This role offers full P&L responsibility and the chance to shape the future of ocean freight through growth, operational excellence and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: -
P&L
- Full LCL P&L ownership, to deliver budgeted EBIT and volume targets for both LCL and Buyer’s Consolidation
- Monitor the productivity of the LCL product, adjust resource allocation accordingly, drive GSC offshoring and/or automation of tasks
- Develop strategy and implementation of ocean freight LCL plans, measures and budgets to achieve operational results driving profitability, volume growth and service expansion
