Civil Litigation Lawyer needed in Morden Paying £40.16 per hr ref 5270332
Full time hours on a temporary basis

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Litigation Lawyer to join our in-house legal team on a maternity cover basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and collegiate environment, delivering high-quality legal services across five Boroughs.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload including: Non-residential property litigation
Commercial and contract disputes
Debt recovery
Public law disputes
Discrimination and equality claims
Injunctions and non-housing judicial reviews 

Provide clear, practical legal advice to senior officers and elected Members.

Support the delivery of key initiatives across multiple Boroughs.

Draft legal documents and represent the organisation in legal proceedings.
