Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

+ Collecting guest laundry and dry-cleaning items promptly and courteously.
+ Checking garments for stains, damages, and special care instructions; recording details accurately.
+ Tagging, sorting, and preparing laundry for processing according to hotel procedures.
+ Coordinating with the laundry team to ensure correct washing, pressing, and finishing.
+ Delivering clean garments to guest rooms on time, neatly pressed and well presented.
