About the roleWe are looking for a Launch Leader to support industrialization and new product introduction activities in our Blonie production plant. This role is ideal for a motivated young professional with a few years of experience in a manufacturing environment who is eager to grow and take ownership of operational launch tasks.
Key Responsibilities
+ Prepare and update implementation plans for new product launches, new lines, or product variants.
+ Organize and participate in regular project status meetings, including reporting progress and open points.
+ Monitor daily industrialization activities to ensure alignment with the launch plan.
+ Identify and escalate potential risks or issues early.
+ Work closely with:

+ Production, Quality, Logistics, Engineering, Finance
