Launch Engineering Manager

**How you will contribute**
- Lead and/or participate in the launch of awarded new business.
Ensure all responsibilities of Launch Engineering are completed on time and on budget for assigned launches.
- Understand engineered solution and implement the solution through the launch.
Document scope changes and deviations and present findings to internal stakeholders and customers
- Work closely with the sales, operations, quality, procurement, pricing & IT teams to align the internal and external requirements and deliverables
- Ability to alternately work as individual contributor and manage others simultaneously on multiple initiatives and projects.
- Work with solutions team and design Customer specific solutions and Best in Class response to Customer Request for Quotations (RFQs), contract renewals, major operational scope changes, and innovation opportunities.
