About the Role
A dynamic tech company in Mexico City is looking for a Customer Engineer to facilitate onboarding for long-tail and SMB customers. In this role, you will conduct webinars, provide 1:1 support, and monitor customer health. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of SaaS experience, excellent communication skills, and a knack for simplifying complex concepts. You will work closely with Account Managers to ensure every customer achieves success with the product, contribute to improving onboarding processes, and be part of a fast-growing environment.
