LatAm based staff full stack engineer - Series A ClimaTech

I am building a team of engineers based in LatAm for a Series A funded ClimaTech business.

To be a good fit for the role, you must have worked in a start up and had success scaling an AI focused Web Application from the ground up, be comfortable across the stack but be back end leaning and have built out LLM's.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and development of a high-performance full-stack application using TypeScript/React on the frontend and Python/Django on the backend.
• Architect and maintain scalable, type-safe REST and GraphQL APIs (Django REST Framework + Django Ninja or FastAPI-style patterns) that seamlessly integrate with modern React frontends and AI inference services.
