This role requires a strong foundation in laser physics and photonics, along with hands-on experience in laser alignment, cleanroom operations, and work in an industrial setting. You bring an analytical mindset, the ability to solve complex, multidimensional problems, and a structured, methodical approach to routine tasks. You thrive in a team environment but are equally capable of working independently and following detailed work instructions with precision.
