Provides fully qualified land rights expertise to support project execution and operational needs. Manages land scope for integrity programs, acquisition initiatives, and development projects, either in-house or in coordination with third‑party land service providers. Identifies land requirements, evaluates potential risks, and facilitates resolution of complex or precedent‑setting land issues.
