Land Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Land Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of land and mining assets in the Greater Montreal market. This includes managing permits, entitlements, leases, and relationships as needed to maximize mining reserves for the regional aggregates and construction materials business. The role will be key in developing strategic opportunities for growth through the acquisition and permitting of new greenfield mineral reserves, in addition to handling non‑strategic land sales. The role will work closely with the local operations team, legal staff, environmental staff, and mine planners.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Oversee land management activities, including acquisitions, divestments, lease agreements, and zoning.
• Represent company at land use hearings to secure necessary permits and permit amendments.
