Labourer

FLINT is seeking Labourers with oil and gas industry experience for a temporary job in Winnipeg, Manitoba, starting March 23, 2026, until April 24, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule, 8-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance, so it is best suited for local candidates. However, those who are willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in oil and gas industry.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • CSTS-2020
• Concrete and civil work
• Proficient in operating Skid Steer and Telehandler
