Laboratory Technical Lead - High Complexity Soils
As a Laboratory Technical Lead, you will lead geotechnical laboratory operations and act as the technical authority for high complexity soils. You will guide advanced testing, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality compliant results that support critical infrastructure and development projects.
Responsibilities
Lead geotechnical laboratory operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Serve as the SME for high complexity soils, guiding testing and interpretation.
Oversee laboratory testing programs (soil, aggregates, asphalt, concrete) following ASTM, CSA, AASHTO, and CCIL standards.
Review and validate complex geotechnical data and technical reports.
Maintain QA/QC processes, lab certifications, and calibration records.
Support project delivery including budgeting, reporting, and client coordination.
