Laboratory Production Operative

The Laboratory Production Operative will provide essential processing of sample boxes for field staff and farmers to send in samples. Boxes are sent to farms to the highest standard, with attention to detail and cleanliness essential for this role.

Work a shift consisting of five days on, including weekends, with two days off during the week. Meet targets set by the Team Leader or Line Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure boxes and pots are washed to the highest standards.
• Alert shift engineers to issues with machinery.
• Monitor the machine responsible for dosing and capping, ensuring no pots are missed.
• Understand and follow all health and safety procedures for the site and individual workstations.
• Understand, follow, and convey instructions accurately.
