About the Role

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Laboratory Manager to lead the efficient operation of our Environmental laboratory at Perth Airport, ensuring client turnaround times, quality, and safety KPIs are consistently met. This is a key leadership role that combines operational management, staff development, and strategic planning to drive laboratory performance.
What you will do:
Manage laboratory operations to meet budget targets, controlling operational costs effectively.
Ensure client results are delivered on time in accordance with national KPIs.
Plan and organise production schedules, including work and task allocation.
Ensure all results reported to clients are accurate and advise the client services team if deadlines cannot be met.
Collaborate with the client services team to deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients.
