About the Role

Job Description
Participation in the establishment, optimization, transfer as well as the validation of new bioassays
Perform routine assays to determine the biological activity of biopharmaceuticals under GMP (cell-based assays, ELISA, and FACS)
Aseptic work with cells in cell-based assays
Work and documentation under GMP-compliant conditions
Qualifications
Completed training as a BTA/MTA/CTA/biology lab technician or equivalent with hands-on laboratory experience
Profound experience in the field of mammalian cell culture is a requirement
Experience in handling multichannel pipettes, working in 96 well format, ELISA, FACS and PCR is an advantage
Experience working under GLP/GMP is an advantage
Computer skills as well as communication and teamwork skills
Good knowledge of German and English
