Labor Relations Officer - HR Legal

Established in 1973, EU Business School (EU) is an international, professionally accredited, high-ranking business school with campuses in Barcelona, Geneva, Munich and Digital. We are looking for a Labor Relations Officer for our HR department. In this role, you will lead employee relations matters, manage relations with Works Councils and unions, ensure compliance with Spanish labour law, interact with external legal advisors and advise managers and HR teams on case management and collective bargaining issues. This role requires a proactive practitioner with legal knowledge and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Reporting to the HR Manager of EU Business School Group and based in our Barcelona Office.
