Labor Relations Coordinator

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Knowledge of Federal Laws and Official Mexican Standards (NOMs) issued by the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS).
+ Experience managing employee services (industrial cafeteria and transportation).
+ Supervision of the security guard team to ensure continuous coverage of operations.
+ Implementation and management of AI-equipped CCTV systems for automated access control, risk detection, and perimeter security optimization.
+ Fostering a healthy culture of appropriate conduct through the Labor Relations Policy.
+ Preparing reports and charts regarding written and verbal interviews and disciplinary sanctions.
+ Managing processes for resignations, contract rescissions, terminations, and related conflict resolution.
+ Planning and managing events such as holiday celebrations, sports activities, recognition programs, and anniversaries.
