ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of Lab Technician (Other Duties May Be Assigned)
Reproduce issues and help engineers debug issue(s) to root cause
Configure and operate associated test equipment (logic analyzers, oscilloscope, protocol analyzers).
Assemble, configure, and maintain customer prototype platforms and systems under test
Create, follow, and improve setup and configuration documentation
Coordinate and assist the lab manager to organize site inventories, licensing, including drives, equipment, firmware/tools, etc.
Work with engineering teams to create standardized system configurations and retrofit to existing systems as needed.
Coordinate with engineering and lab staff to identify, track and deploy equipment as needed
Manage and track shipping requests, lab support tickets and prioritize the work part of l...
