Lab Technician

Job Description:

• Ensure Tools/Equipment 6S is performed prior any start of work.
• Perform all activities in compliance to all Safety expectations.
• Successfully comprehend daily task execution and expectations from Lab Manager
• Submit MRS, collect units from Inventory Team, insert units into Tools complying to HVI Controls expectation
• 100% execution RCC, VPO loading plan thru identified Mole.
• Ensure log ticket when impacted execution & ensure next shift is aware of equipment issues
• Support all tool basic downtime such as sockets cleaning, reset of tool alarms, jam clearance, handler reteach using basic hand tools per provided RFC for each step
• Escalate to Lab L2 / module engineer to support major Tool repairs beyond RFC provided
• Ensure all Work Order execution is per expected plans/instructions and completion of tool operational steps (Intro→Load→Error/Alarm Clearance→End Lot→Unload)
