Job Description :

Report to: Technical Manager & Business Manager

Summary:
• Provide Laboratory services in the functions of quality control, colour matching and preparation of formulations
• Communicates with external organization/customers relating to technical issues

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for QC on Master batch department & laboratory productions.
• Work within the guidelines of the quality manual.
• Possess detail knowledge of pigmentation and dyes specifications their properties and their interaction with polymer.
• Calculate colour adjustments and corrections to out of specification batches.
• Ensure colour matches meet customer expectations and specifications.
• Competently operate the Laboratory extruder and injection molders.
• Ensure all Company policies and rules are followed.
