Overview
Level 3 Troubleshooting: Desktop Engineering deep-dive diagnostics and root cause analysis on complex desktop issues involving OS internals, hardware and peripherals.
DEX Expertise: Utilize DEX Tools to monitor and improve endpoint performance, correlate user experience issues with system changes and proactively address pain points.
Responsibilities
- Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts to resolve issues, streamline desktop operations, reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of desktop systems.
- User Support: Provide expert-level support to end-users, addressing their technical concerns and training them on best practices.
