About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Technical Support Engineer for our client – a global Saa S product company. The ideal candidate will support internal and external users, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure timely resolution while closely collaborating with R&D, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems using logs, SQL queries, and monitoring tools
Prioritize, categorize, and manage tickets in a fast-paced support environment
Conduct incident reviews, customer environment health checks, and document solutions
